The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 306, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67(c) of the I.T. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Further he submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. It is also contended that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
