2. The C.W.J.C. No. 14350 of 2007 was disposed of on 30.10.2009 in the light of batch cases led by C.W.J.C. No. 6575 of 2009 disposed of on 6.10.2009 with a direction to the respondent to grant the same relief to the petitioner as in C.W.J.C. No. 6575 of 2009.
3. Learned counsel for the State submits that said order was challenged in LPA No. 513 of 2011 which was taken up by a Division Bench in the lead case vide LPA No. 200 of
Patna High Court MJC No.1104 of 2010(6) dt.15-02-2024 2/2 2010 and the State appeal was allowed on 24.9.2014. His further submission is that against the said order, SLP (S) No. 67 of 2015 was preferred by the aggrieved persons including the petitioner herein which too came to be rejected on 30.11.2018 which has been brought on record as Annexure-R/1 to the supplementary show cause.
4. In that view of the matter, this Court is convinced that no case of contempt is made out. The MJC No. 1104 of 2010 is dismissed.
