ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mojahidpur (Babbarganj) P.S. Case No.117 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because the petitioner has let out the godown on rent, name of the petitioner has been brought in connection with the present case.

In view of such facts and circumstances and also because the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41706 of 2016 (4) dt.09-11-2016 2/2 before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Mojahidpur (Babbarganj) P.S. Case No.117 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
