JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2023 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner limits her prayer to issuance of a direction upon the Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur to dispose off the revision petition filed by the petitioner, bearing I.C.D.S. Revision/Appeal No. 07 of 2022.

Having regard to the limited prayer

Patna High Court CWJC No.7422 of 2022(2) dt.19-12-2023 2/2 made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur to dispose off the aforesaid revision/appeal, if the same has not already been disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
