This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. A stolen motorcycle was allegedly recovered from the hut of the uncle of this petitioner.

In the circumstances allegation is that the petitioner and others are indulged in selling and purchase of the stolen property.

The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and only material against the petitioner is confessional statement of the co-accused.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 63 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
