ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-02-2015 The grievance of the Petitioner was that he was not handed over charge of Sr. Clerk in National Rural Employment Programme Office, Siwan, whereas, junior to him was working as Sr. Accounts Clerk.

Nine years have elapsed after such a prayer was made and the Petitioner is unable to satisfy this Court as to whether the relief he claimed at that point in time is still worth consideration. Hence, the application is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to file a representation before the authorities concerned if,
