2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 21.07.2015 in Mutation Appeal Case No.20 of 2000-01 passed by the L.R.D.C., Mahua.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that against the order passed in Mutation Appeal there is statutory remedy by way of filing mutation revision and, therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable.

4. In this background, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy under the statute by way of filing mutation revision. The limitation, if any, in filing the mutation revision is directed to be condoned. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Mkr./- U
