The petitioner was superannuated from the post of Deputy Superintendent of Police. Even thereafter, he was given re-employment from time to time and lastly his service was extended for three months vide letter dated 27.01.2010 as the Governor Secretariat did not receive the panel for appointment of Deputy Superintendent of Police and on that account on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14461 of 2010 dt.15-05-2018 2/2 direction of Hon'ble Governor, the services of the petitioner was extended.

In the present case, grievance has been raised only limited to the extent that the petitioner has not been paid the salary for the period from 01.02.2010 to 30.04.2010. Let the petitioner file a representation along with the records before the Director General of Police, Bihar. If such a representation is filed, the Director General of Police, Bihar, will call for the records and after examining the same if it is found that the petitioner is entitled to salary for the aforesaid period, the same will be paid to him without unnecessary delay preferably within a period of four months from the date of filling of representation by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
