The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 464 of 2022 registered under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 341, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27472 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 occurrence. It is also submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 464 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) utkarsh/- U T
