The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No.350 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

In view of the order dated 17.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.63789 of 2021, this application for anticipatory bail is also allowed.
