1. Heard the parties.

2. The present application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 2458 / 2023, which got dismissed due to non appearance vide order dated 05.12.2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 05.12.2023 he had gone to his village to attend the funeral of his cousin aunt, as such, he could not see the cause list and the case remained unattended.

4. For the reasons stated in this application, the same is

Patna High Court MJC No.1278 of 2024(3) dt.06-09-2024 2/2 allowed and the connected case bearing C.W.J.C. No. 2458 / 2023 is restored to its original file.
