The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 364 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 337, 427, 153(A), 295, 295(A), 296, 188, 379 and 12(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 2958 of 2018, 52380 of 2018, 56165 of 2017 and 63717 of 2017, as detailed in Annexure-3 series to the bail application.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25426 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 364 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
