2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that one person died due to electrocution in the field of the petitioner in which Jhataka wire fenced.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner has been made accused in this case at the instance of the village Chowkidar due to only village politics. He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner. He further

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Simari P.S. Case No. 213 of 2023.
