JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2023 The instant petition has been filed for permitting the petitioner to make the necessary correction in the name of the police station in petitioner's address at the first page of the petition of Cr. Misc. No.29450 of 2022 with regard to the details of the police station as the details of P.S. has been wrongly mentioned as "P.S. Sahdei" in place of "P.S. Mahua" and on account of the said mistake, the wrong details of the P.S. has been mentioned in the order dated 01.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.29450 of 2022 and, accordingly, a prayer for modification in the said order has also been made. Having considered the above prayer, petitioner's counsel is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition of Cr. Misc. No.29450 of 2022 and thereafter the address of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44441 of 2023(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 petitioner given in the first page of the order dated 01.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.29450 of 2022 be read as "P.S. Mahua" in place of "P.S. Sahdei".

Accordingly, the instant modification petition stands allowed.
