Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is a Panchayat Teacher, the remedy for her against the transfer order will be only under Rule 18 of the Bihar Panchayat Teacher Appointment Rules, 2006/2012, wherein, the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority has been vested with full power to examine each and every terms and conditions of service of a Panchayat Teacher.
