JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertent mistake in paragraph no. 4 of the order dated 27.03.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17246 of 2018, it has been mentioned that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as to when in paragraph no. 3 of the main anticipatory bail application it has already been mentioned that the petitioner has criminal antecedent and he is accused in two other cases. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let in paragraph no. 4 of the order dated 27.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17246 of 2018 be read as " the petitioner has criminal antecedent" in place of "the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent". Rest of the submission will be the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17246 of 2018 (3) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 that very reason, the petitioner could not surrender in the court below in time and furnish bail bond. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for further six weeks' time so that the petitioner could surrender in the court below and furnish bail bond. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, six weeks' further time is also granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below.
The order dated 27.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17246 of 2018 is modified to the extent as indicated above. U.K./- (Sudhir Singh, J) U T
