The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 166 of 2018 registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is not named in the first information report. Further submission is that in the whole case diary, nothing has come against this petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in
