2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 302 of the I.P.C. was added.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 15.04.2020 at about 5.15 PM, while the informant was sitting near a Durga temple, this petitioner alongwith two other accused persons came there and started abusing him and on protest, the accused persons brutally assaulted informant. This petitioner is alleged to have pushed the informant in a ditch, due to which, the informant sustained serious injuries and became unconscious and ultimately, he died during course of treatment.

4. Considering the nature of allegation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
