Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 332, 333, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of Arms Act.

On the alleged date and time of occurrence all the F.I.R named accused persons attacked the police party and got released the accused from police custody.

The informant has not identified the petitioner. Petitioners is 69 years old persons and suffering from various diseases. He is unable to move frequently. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. -I, Patna City, Distt. - Patna in connection with Malsalami P.S. case no 40 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
