JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That the instant writ application is being filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to make payment of ex gratia to the petitioner on account of death of her husband who was a constable in Bihar Home Guards and who died while on duty and for other reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled during the adjudication of this writ application."
