The scanned copy of the account closure and the letter by the petitioner to the Bank are annexed herewith pending for reference along with the memo filed by the learned counsel for the respondents.
2. On perusal of the scanned copy of the account, it is

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has accepted the same.
4. Taking into consideration that the dispute between the Bank and the petitioner have come to an end, accordingly, the writ petitioner is disposed of considering the fact that the dispute ended in view of the compromise between the parties. (G. Anupama Chakravarthy, J) Shanu/- U
