The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 420 of 2019 for the offences under Section 302/34 IPC.

Considering the materials available on the record, the Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The prayer is, accordingly, rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender and pray for regular bail, the court below shall dispose of the same on the same day without being prejudiced by refusal of anticipatory bail by this Court.
