Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AC to AAG-4 and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Bhoodan Yagna Committee, Shri Rajni Kant Singh.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bhoodan Yagna Committee submits that though the writ application was dismissed as withdrawn but then the withdrawal was with liberty that the petitioners will file an application before the Bhoodan Yagna Committee, Gaya, for claiming the relief as claimed in the writ application. It is next submitted that the petitioners, based on the order dated 29-10-2024 in CWJC No. 16731 of 2024, filed a representation before the Bhoodan Yagna Committee, Gaya and the Bhoodan Yagna Committee, Gaya considered the representation of the petitioners and rejected the same by an order dated 2-7-2025 contained in Memo No. 145 issued by the Secretary, Bhoodan Yagna Committee, on which the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the contempt application with liberty to assail the said order.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the contempt application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
