JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That, this is the writ petition being filed before this Hon'ble court on behalf of the aforesaid petitioner who seeks the issuance of a writ in the nature of "Mandamus" Commanding and directing the respondents authorities to make the payment of the monetary benefits of the revised pay scale by virtue of the time bond promotion and the earned leave encashment to the petitioner who is the son/legal heir of the deceased employee namely late Kapildeo Giri who was initially appointed as a National
Patna High Court CWJC No.23676 of 2013(2) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 Discipline Scheme Instructor (here-in-after referred to be as an N.D.S.I.) on 23.9.1963 and died on 20.6.2012. And further more commanding and directing the respondents to make the payment of the arrears of the aforesaid claims with due penal interest thereon."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
