JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that paddy of the informant was damaged by the animals and when protest was made then accused persons abused and assaulted with lathi and danda to the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general and the injury has been found to be superficial, simple in nature. There is counter version of the occurrence also.

Considering the genesis of the occurrence, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55731 of 2015 (2) dt.09-12-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Raj Nagar P.S. Case No. 130 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
