2. The present petition has been preferred for the restoration of CWJC No. 9581 of 2024 which was dismissed for

Patna High Court MJC No.1464 of 2025(3) dt.18-07-2025 2/2 non-compliance of the order dated 05.02.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court.

3. For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 4 and 5 of the petition, MJC No. 1464 of 2025 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. Accordingly, CWJC No. 9581 of 2024 is restored to its original file.
