====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2020 The present appeal was restored to its original position as restoration application was allowed by order dated 20.02.2013 passed in M.J.C. No.2343 of 2012.
Vide order dated 20.02.2013 passed in the said M.J.C., the Counsel for the appellants was directed to comply with the order dated 25.01.2012 passed in the present appeal. Vide order dated 25.01.2012 passed in the present appeal i.e.
Patna High Court SA No.214 of 2010(10) dt.07-01-2020 2/2 S.A. No.214 of 2010, notice was issued to the respondents in limitation matter in I.A. No.1812 of 2011. Said order was a peremptory order. But after disposal of M.J.C. No.2343 of 2012, in compliance of the order dated 25.01.2012, passed in the present appeal, the Counsel for the appellants has again filed requisites etc under both process for Respondent No.4 only in place of Respondent Nos.1 to 4.
In the above facts and circumstances, the present appeal stands dismissed as a whole.
