The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahila P.S. case No. 19 of 2016 under Section 341, 354, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant-victim alleged that her marriage was settled with one Prem Kumar and the same was to be performed on 18.04.2016. When she was alone with her mother in the house, Dilip Kumar, the petitioner, came and caught her hand and forced her to marry. The petitioner also dragged the victim. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not ready to marry with the victim and that is why the case has been lodged.

It appears that the victim has made very specific
