====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act. From the river side, the police recovered country made liquor on 04.12.2014. The people informed that the recovered liquor as well as other utensils for preparation of liquor was of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid materials against the petitioners as well as statement of the petitioners on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent, let, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50585 of 2016 (2) dt.23-11-2016 2/2 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada/Successor Court in connection with Akbarpur P.S.
