In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.201 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 504, 354 and 307/148 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made against the petitioners that they have entered into the house of the informant and assaulted her and other family members.

Specific allegation has been made against petitioner nos. 1 and 2. No specific allegation has been made against the petitioner nos. 3 and 4.

No.12032 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner nos. 3 and 4, namely, Amarjeet Thakur and Dhaneshwar Thakur, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Judge-IX-cumA.C.J.M. Patna, in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case no.201 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

So far the bail of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 is concerned, the same is rejected.
