The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No. 100/2017 for the office registered under Sections 323, 341, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he had attacked the informant from the back side of the Dabia which had caused injury on the informant. The injury report, however, has been found to be simple and superficial in nature. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

No.35678 of 2017 (2) dt.11-08-2017 2/2 the case and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
