2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, informant alleged that his ancestral land had been transferred by his father in favour of the informant and thereafter, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, created forged documents of the land in question, having no right, title or possession and tried to grab the land in question. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, specific and direct nature of accusation and gravity of
