The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 188 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 353, 431, 427 and 438 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that on perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 29210 of 2017 on 06.07.2017.

Taking into consideration the above facts and

No.40277 of 2017 (2) dt.11-09-2017 2/2 circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 188 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
