JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 275 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is that they along with others assaulted the informant side.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. There is case and counter case. The nature of injury found on the person of Vidya Devi and Sundari Devi are simple in nature and caused by hard and

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and the nature of injury is simple in nature, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners on deposit of cash of Rs. 25,000/- each. Let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/-(Fifty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 275 of 2019, subject to deposit of cash of Rs. 25,000/- each. The deposit of cash of Rs. 25,000/- each shall abide by the final outcome of the present criminal case.
