It appears from perusal of order impugned, passed by the Consolidation Authorities that they have proceeded to decide the question of title over the lands in the consolidation proceeding which, in my opinion, was required to have been decided after considering the evidence led by the parties. In the circumstances, I dispose of the writ petition observing that the findings recorded by the Consolidation Authorities will be subject to the result of title suit already filed or to be filed in future. Until disposal of title suit the parties are directed to maintain status quo over the lands in question, which shall be subject to the result of title suit.
