JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-12-2015 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The brother of the informant Abhinash Kumar was shot dead by F.I.R named accused persons along with several unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation as a person who participated in the occurrence.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no direct material collected against the petitioner during investigation.

Let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Kadamkuan
