JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379/34 and other allied sections of the IPC.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Specific accusation of inflicting knife blow is against co accused Md. Jahangir and there is no allegation of overt act against the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27384 of 2022(2) dt.14-11-2022 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Katihar in connection with Amdabad P.S.Case No. 20. of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
