ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 18-06-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the only prayer sought for by the petitioner is to consider his representation made under the compassionate appointment. It is the case of the petitioner that his father was a PDS license holder, who died on 09.08.2024 at the age of 53 left behind the petitioner as a nominee.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that thereafter the petitioner has made a representation on 18.10.2024 but till date the same has not been

3. Having regard to the above, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Sub-Divisional Officer, Piro, Bhojpur (Respondent No. 3) to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 18.10.2024 (Annexure P/1) as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

4. With the above observations, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
