In pursuance of the earlier order passed by this Court, Opposite Party No.2 has appeared in person. She states that all along the petitioner has been assuring her for marriage, but has subsequently gone back on his commitment.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working in the CRPF and currently posted in the State of Jammu. The Opposite Party No.2, however, submits that she has no objection to the grant of bail to the petitioner. In view of the above submissions, the present
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41596 of 2016 (7) dt.11-04-2017 2/2 application, thus, stands finally disposed of. It is made clear that the present order is being passed in the presence of O.P. No.2 and also her Counsel Mr. Md.Ataul Haque.
