This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Korha P.S. Case No. 271 of 2013, disclosing offences under Sections 20,21 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

In my view, considering the bar under Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, this application for anticipatory bail cannot be entertained.

This application is accordingly, dismissed.

However, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If they do so, their application for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being
