The Cr. Misc. No. 388 of 2023 was allowed by this Court vide an order dated 10.02.2023.

It has been contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had moved Punjab and as such could not surrender before the court below within time. In the aforesaid background, the petition is allowed and the prayer for surrender is extended for next four weeks subject to payment of Rs. 2,000/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
