The petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court without disclosing any cause to invoke the jurisdiction as he is not a customer of the Bank. The re-organization of the Regional Offices does not affect the rights of the account holders as it is for the proper
Patna High Court CWJC No.7422 of 2015 dt.17-11-2016 2/2 functioning, control and co-ordination of the Branches and does not affect the individual customer.
