ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 23-04-2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that the petitioner has already given representations dated 17.08.2020 and 17.03.2021 to the Executive Engineer, Flood Control Division, Water Resources Department, marking the copy of the same to the Principal Secretary, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar. Learned counsel has stated that the present writ petition may be disposed of directing the Principal Secretary, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar (Respondent No. 1) to consider the representations

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that he has no objection if a direction is given to the Principal Secretary, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, (Respondent No. 1) to consider the representations made by the petitioner and pass necessary orders in accordance with law duly putting the petitioner on notice.

3. Having regard to the above made submissions, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present CWJC is disposed of directing the Principal Secretary, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, (Respondent No.

1) to consider the representations dated 17.08.2020 and 17.03.2021 (Annexures- 4 and 5) made by the petitioner and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law duly putting the petitioner on notice.

4. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner
