The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 177 of 2023 for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2023 and there is recovery of 50 liters of illicit Mahua Liquor.
Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.
