2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 10 litres illicit liquor was recovered from animal feeding room (kutti room) of petitioner.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the recovery is made from animal feeding room situated outside the house which is an open place. Petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is a lady

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26064 of 2026(2) dt.22-04-2026 2/2 having no criminal antecedent and she undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of learned counsel for the parties and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court concerned within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No. 2, Buxar, in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No. 30 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
