The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault and also wrapped by Gamcha in the neck of the informant Shiv Kumar Mandal. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries, as alleged, in separate occurrence. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, District- Madhubani in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 139 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. No. 1657 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U
