JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the respondents to (A). Grant the first and second assured career progression to the petitioner with effect from 9.8.1999 under the Bihar State Employees conditions of service conditions ("Assured Career Progression Scheme") Rules, 2003 and in consequence revised all the payment and in effect of the assured career progression so provided and pay the entire due amount with interest to the petitioner alongwith pensionary/retiral benefits

(B) Make payment of arrears of difference of pay/salary since from 1.4.97 to 31.01.2000 in consequent upon the revision of pay of the petitioner as per per Finance Department, Government of Bihar, Patna Resolution No. 660/ (F/2) dated 8.2.1999.

The learned counsel for the deceased petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner to approach the District Welfare officer, Siwan, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. It is needless to state that in case, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner approaches the respondent authorities by filing appropriate representation for redressal of their aforesaid grievances, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off, in accordance with law, by a reasoned and a speaking order, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
