Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present application filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing the order dated 23.02.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge III, Madhubani in connection with Session Trial No. 41 of 2007 arising out of Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 87 of 2006 whereby and whereunder the court below rejected the petition

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29873 of 2023(4) dt.18-11-2024 2/2 dated 13.10.2022 and discharged the P.W. 2 and the P.W. 2 did not appear for cross examination even after issuance of process against the petitioners.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the present quashing application is dismissed as withdrawn.
