The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per F.I.R., five miscreants, who were standing in Mochi Colony, made indiscriminate firing, as a result of which, the informant sustained fire-arm injury.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. There is no specific allegation of firing or causing fire-arm injury against this petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
