2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 1350 grams Ganja was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that there is recovery of 1350 grams Ganja from the house of the petitioner, as such, she cannot escape responsibility.
